V I L L A G E   T I T L I N G
Designed by Frederic Goudy, matrices cut by Robt. Wiebking. The font was originally cast on a 22pt body. This font is cast on an 18pt body for convenience. Strangely, it is not mentioned by Goudy in his "Half Century of Type Design and Typography." If someone can shed any light on this, or the Village small caps, in Goudy's own words, please contact the webmaster/indentured servant.   types in stock
